Aircraft Carrier "Tbilisi" is the boss of mission 4 from Carrier Air Wing. It is based on the Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier.

Admiral Flota Sovetskogo Soyuza Kuznetsov (Адмира́л фло́та Сове́тского Сою́за Кузнецо́в, "Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov", originally the name of the fifth Kirov-class battlecruiser) is an aircraft carrier (heavy aircraft cruiser in Russian classification) serving as the flagship of the Russian Navy. It was built by the Black Sea Shipyard, the sole manufacturer of Soviet aircraft carriers, in Nikolayev within the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (SSR). The initial name of the ship was Riga; it was launched as Leonid Brezhnev, embarked on sea trials as Tbilisi, and was finally named Admiral Flota Sovetskogo Soyuza Kuznetsov after the Admiral of the fleet of the Soviet Union Nikolay Gerasimovich Kuznetsov.

At the end of the stage, Tbilisi is seen in an underground canal. It attacks using its turrets and can summon fighter jets in its garages. There are some more turrets at the back and they can be destroyed.
The main weak point is the bridge. It will summon floating mines and they will fly towards the player. Similar to Kirov, The roof of the bridge can be destroyed and it will shoot fireballs, which can hit the celling and fall down. It can be destroyed by destroying its weapons or destroying the bridge.
